We believe the teenage years are some of the most important years in a person’s spiritual life. Our desire is to create a ministry where students encounter Jesus, grow in authentic community, and develop a faith that shapes the rest of their lives.
The Student Pastor will lead ministries for Junior High and High School students, helping build an environment where students are known, discipled, and equipped to live out their faith. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing ministry leader who wants to invest deeply in students and build a healthy, growing ministry.
About Restoration Park Church Restoration Park Church exists to see Christ revealed and lives restored. We are passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in authentic Christian community, and live out their faith in everyday life. Our church values strong biblical teaching, authentic community, Spirit‑led worship, and historic Christian practices such as weekly communion. We have approximately 800 people in weekly attendance (adults and children) and include students from both rural and urban contexts, from multiple school districts. See more at restorationpark.church
What You’ll Do Shepherd and Disciple Students
Create an engaging and welcoming student culture where young people can encounter Jesus.
Provide clear, relevant, and engaging biblical teaching for junior high and high school students.
Help students take meaningful steps in their faith through discipleship and community.
Build strong relationships with students and their parents through communication and pastoral care.
Build and Lead the Ministry
Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers and leaders.
Develop annual goals and ministry strategies for student ministry.
Plan events and gatherings that strengthen community and spiritual growth.
Ensure student ministry aligns with the mission and vision of Restoration Park Church.
Manage the student ministry budget and collaborate with staff on ministry initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:
Loves Jesus and has a genuine passion for students and their spiritual formation.
Can teach Scripture in a clear, engaging, and practical way.
Builds strong relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.
Demonstrates initiative, humility, and a strong work ethic.
Works well on a team and supports the broader mission of the church.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, Ministry, or a related field preferred. (Extensive ministry experience may be considered in place of a degree)
Experience serving in student ministry or volunteer leadership.
Strong relational, leadership, and organizational skills.

Status: Full‑Time
Classification: Exempt
Reports To: Lead Pastor
Compensation: Salary range $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
