What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new contracts, generate leads, and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and decision‑makers at healthcare organizations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities in the locum tenens space
  • Present tailored solutions to address physician labor challenges and highlight the employer's unique value proposition
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development representatives (if applicable)

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven success in healthcare staffing sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience leading sales teams for at least 2 years
