About the Role: In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, across industries with a primary focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech).
  • Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
  • Develop long‑lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  • Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.
  • Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technical challenges commonly faced in the industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
  • Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English).
