Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Solar Module Sales Director for C&I with a global leader in solar technology, delivering high‑efficiency PV modules and innovative energy solutions worldwide. Our client has expanded its US presence with a 8GW manufacturing facility in the US , strengthening domestic supply capabilities and supporting customers seeking reliable, IRA‑aligned American‑made products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the C&I sales strategy across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Lead pricing strategy, deal structuring, negotiations, and contract execution.

  • Position U.S.-manufactured 8GW product advantage as part of commercial strategy.

  • Expand the presence with EPCs, developers, installers, distributors, and corporate buyers.

  • Drive adoption of U.S.-made modules within C&I portfolios, including projects seeking domestic content eligibility.

  • Maintain strong long‑term relationships with key accounts.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and partner events.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

  • Collaborate on demand forecasting, margin optimization, and delivery planning.

  • Bring market feedback to support U.S. product roadmap and manufacturing alignment.

  • Own revenue targets and quota achievement for the C&I segment.

  • Manage pipelines, sales forecasts, and sales KPIs with discipline and accuracy.

  • Oversee contract execution and ensure seamless coordination through delivery and after‑sales support.

Qualifications

  • 8‑12+ years of solar/renewables sales experience, with strong exposure to the C&I segment.

  • Proven ability to sell PV modules or similar solutions into distributed generation markets.

  • Strong existing relationships with C&I EPCs, developers, installers, and distributors.

  • Experience closing multimillion‑dollar deals and managing long sales cycles.

  • Team leadership experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

  • Ability to travel 50%.
