What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success team focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Own the SMB Client Success operating model, ensuring scalable and cost-effective growth
  • Represent Maven in client escalations and partner conversations, maintaining long-term relationships
  • Design and implement digital-first support models to enhance client engagement
  • Utilize data and insights to drive revenue retention and client satisfaction within the SMB segment

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8-10 years of experience in account management or client services within digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS companies
  • Proven experience managing a team, including mentoring and developing direct reports
  • Track record in designing scalable client success or support models in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of customer success post-sales

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a digital health company focused on health, wellness, or family health
  • Familiarity with health benefit programs for employer or payer clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Matik, Looker, Jira, and/or Microsoft suite
