Job Description

AsDirectorof Sales, youwillleadbusiness developmentforAvaloq’sComposableSolutions to newclientsegmentsas we expand ourglobal footprint into the Americas. This is a pivotalopportunity todevelop thego-to-market sales and delivery strategy—building new client relationships and strategic partnershipstodrivesustainedrevenue growth.

  • Develop and implementsalesstrategic initiativesfor market penetration in theAmericas—establishingbusiness growthsales plansandtargets
  • Drive pipelinegeneration andownthefull sales lifecycle playbook—creating repeatablefunnel flows,running discovery,qualification criteria,demos, and solution mapping from end-to-end
  • Captureand synthesize client pain points and feature requests, providingafeedback loop to Product and Technology to shapethe roadmap
  • Establisha leansalesdevelopmentmodel and infrastructurein region to efficiently and effectivelyclosenew clients
  • CollaboratewithMarketing, Product,Technology, Finance, and Strategypartners toalign on messaging, lead generation,deal structure,forecasting, pricing, andclient feedback

Qualifications

  • Over 10+ years of experienceinB2B saleswithin the financial,technology,bankingor wealth managementindustry, with5+ years in a SaaS environment
  • Adeep understandingand knowledgeof market trends, competitor landscape, and client needs
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managingRFI/RFPprocesses andcomplex, long-cycle deals
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • The ability torecruitand train a high-performing team to achievemetrics-drivenperformance targets as the footprint grows

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Experienceidentifyingandcollaborating with industry partners toprovide localthird-party system integration and implementationsupportor tocreatevalue-added solutions
  • Experienceindrivinglocationstrategy for Sales, Implementationand Client Successteams,and clientsegmentation and pricingstrategies
  • Experience with selling API first or composable B2B SaaS products
