LCB Senior Living is looking for a Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to support the community sales teams in the State of New Jersey & the Philadelphia Market!
The RDS is an active member of the operations team and assists the Senior VP of Sales and Operations with the management of the assigned communities. The RSD assignment will align with the overall company goals and may change based on need. The role includes sales coaching and sales skills development for both internal and external sales, teaching others how to sell the value of our communities and services. The Regional Director of Sales (RSD) overall objective is to maximize revenue and occupancy opportunity by leading and executing strategic sales plans. Competencies for the RSD position are to include the following:
A Consultant - that use their expertise and experience to help identify problems, remove obstacles, and teach skill sets. We work to transfer this knowledge to the team.

A Coach- that works to pull the answers out of their team and teaches them to analyze and problem solve while serving as a mentor. Coaches help their people to develop a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.

A Collaborator - who has the opportunity to work together to create best practices and share them with others . We have so many amazing best practices to share amongst the communities.

An Influencer - might be the most important aspect of the director as we cannot be present 24/7. We have to inspire our team members believe that we are vested in their success and that if they will implement the program's skills, best practices, and policies that we have identified and brainstormed they will have success too

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: (These qualifications meet or exceed NH, MA, VT, CT and RI State specific requirements.)

2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires the ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals or above. The ability to establish and maintain a positive image and productive relationships with marketing and referral sources is required. Organizational skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.
3. Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
4. Experience: Requires at least 3-5 years of regional experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.
5. Certificates/Licenses: Valid drivers license in the state employed is required.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, coworkers and the surrounding community.
2. As a key member of management, you are expected to have an active role in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members and professionals.
3. Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude.
4. Provides sales coaching to SMDs in the field.
5. Onsite evaluation of skill and competencies.
6. Work closely with team to strategize on qualified lead generation activity and events.
7. Coach and train to the key KPIs for sales execution and success.
8. Member of the Home Office team leading SMD and community department head sales trainings
9. Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the cluster against competitors.
10. Demonstrates innovative, entrepreneurial thinking in anticipation or response to competitive trends and business development opportunities.
11. Tracks and responds to market trends in a positive and proactive manner.
12. Provides detailed and accurate periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) sales and marketing productivity reports, critical success factors (comparing industry trends), including analysis, to community Executive Director and/or LCB senior team.
13. Manages sales and marketing data, audits, training, analysis, and implementation.
14. Ensures all sales data and activity is recorded accurately in Yardi and updated consistently.
15. Monitors major account activity and the outreach actions for the Sales and Marketing Directors (SMD), and Director of Business Development (DBDs). Provide coaching/training opportunities to enhance execution.
16. Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quarterly Sales and Marketing Plans for an assigned community or for a cluster (when assigned to a cluster) in conjunction with other sales associates, Executive Directors, and Regional Directors of Operations or Regional Directors of Sales.
17. Reviews, codes and approves sales related invoices and expenses for payment.
18. Manages within the assigned budget.
19. Completes all reports in a timely and accurate manner.
20. Demonstrates accurate analysis of relevant population market conditions.
