Sr. Account Executive - Judge Technology Solutions

Compensation:

Average incomes in 2024:

  • 37% earned over $250,000
  • 35% earned between $150,000 and $250,000
  • 14% earned between $100,000 and $150,000
  • 14% earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Research and present services to clients
  • Develop new business through meetings and presentations
  • Generate business via cold calling, conferences, and referrals
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships
  • Conduct 10-15 client meetings weekly via Zoom or in person
  • Secure qualified job opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in business development or recruiting with a successful track record
  • Traits: energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, motivated, hunter/farmer mentality
  • Experience with local and national accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
