Role Description
We are seeking an experienced individual with a background in aircraft sales and acqusitions to contribute to the exponential growth and elite performance of our team. This senior leadership role will oversee all aspects of aircraft purchase, sale, and leasing activities. The ideal candidate brings a proven history of closing complex transactions, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and acquisition strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Identify market and off‑market acquisition targets aligned with fleet needs.
- Conduct market research, analyze comparable pricing, and prepare detailed aircraft valuations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure full compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
- Direct outreach to aircraft owners, operators, brokers, and financial institutions to source opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of detailed marketing specifications and materials for aircraft listings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Legal teams to ensure proper transfer of documentation, maintenance, and warranty programs.
- Provide regular progress and market updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and other engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, or related field.
- 7+ years in aircraft sales/acquisitions or comparable aviation sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate complex transactions, and close high‑value deals.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of FAA regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency with aviation research tools (JETNET, AMSTAT).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
