Redda Group has been exclusively engaged to recruit a Sales Director of Federal Civilian Sales, a strategic leader who will drive IT and cybersecurity solutions across federal civilian agencies nationwide.
This is a high-impact opportunity to:
- Leverage your federal relationships to expand market presence and deliver mission-critical solutions.
- Lead a high-performing team of 3–5 sales professionals with conscious leadership, accountability, and a relentless focus on client success.
- Collaborate with top-tier OEMs including Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, Cisco, and CrowdStrike to shape innovative, scalable solutions.
- Craft winning proposals that secure contracts and solve complex challenges in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
- Drive strategy at the intersection of technology, sales, and government priorities.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience leading federal civilian sales within the VAR ecosystem.
- Proven success closing large, complex deals in the federal space.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, zero-trust architecture, and IT modernization.
- A collaborative, authentic leadership style grounded in accountability and client obsession.
Compensation:
Base pay range: $210.00/yr - $240.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Commission
