We’re looking for a proven closer to lead and inspire a team of Account Executives and Account Managers serving the sell-side segment of a fast-growing fintech firm.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you’ll blend personal selling excellence with team leadership to drive revenue and scale growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Close high-value deals and set the bar for performance
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a small, experienced team to exceed targets
  • Deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities across the sell-side market
  • Partner strategically with wealth managers, law firms, and CPAs
  • Shape go-to-market plans and client engagement strategies

What You Bring

  • 8–15 years of B2B sales or account management success with consistent overachievement
  • 2–3+ years of leadership or player/coach experience
  • Strong grasp of financial services, investment banking, or private equity clients
  • Sharp negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
  • A leadership style that drives results by example
