A leading investment bank in New York is seeking a Vice President/Director for Equity Capital Markets. This role focuses on managing and executing equity capital raising transactions, including IPOs and private placements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of investment banking experience with a strong understanding of market trends and investor behavior. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling are required. An MBA and relevant FINRA licenses are preferred.
