About the Role

You’ll own Amazon as a revenue channel not just manage listings or ads.

You’re responsible for revenue, margin, visibility, and brand equity on Amazon.

This is a cross-functional role with direct impact on company growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Own the Amazon P&L, revenue targets, and growth roadmap
  • Decide what SKUs live on Amazon vs. DTC and why

PDPs & Content

  • Control catalog quality and listing hygiene
  • Own execution with input from Creative, Brand, and Marketing
  • Optimize based on performance and algorithm changes

Advertising & Demand Capture

  • Lead Sponsored Ads and DSP strategy
  • Sync insights with broader paid media teams

Merchandising & Launches

  • Run Prime Day, coupon strategy, and deal calendar
  • Drive launches and protect hero SKUs
  • Own storefront and on-platform merchandising

Inventory & Ops

  • Work with Ops and Finance on forecasts
  • Flag risks early: stockouts, fees, margin issues
  • Navigate Amazon‑specific logistics: FBA, compliance

Reporting & Insights

  • Build reporting around revenue, CAC, margin, share, rank, velocity
  • Turn insights into action
  • Identify white-space and product opportunities

You Have:

  • 6–10+ years owning Amazon as a revenue channel
  • Proven success scaling Amazon beyond maintenance mode
  • Hands‑on ads experience (not outsourced)
  • P&L ownership and a test‑and‑learn mindset
  • Experience with premium brands and protecting brand equity
  • Strong instincts across content, conversion, and strategy
