What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for 1–2 DevEx teams, aligning objectives with the employer’s mission and business goals
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous iteration, utilizing data‑driven metrics
• Cultivate empathy for internal customers to deliver intuitive platform products that enhance the developer experience
• Lead product rollouts and enablement initiatives to maximize adoption and usage of platform products
• Partner with neighboring organizations to ensure their needs are reflected in the product roadmap

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience building internal developer platforms or developer‑facing products at scale
• Strong technical fluency and ability to use data and customer insights to identify developer experience opportunities
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale programs in ambiguous problem spaces
• Effective communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions
• Hands‑on familiarity with trends and tools in AI‑native engineering and software development

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and understanding their operational challenges
• Ability to balance developer needs with governance, integrating security across the software development lifecycle
