What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and refine M&A and partnership strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify and prioritize acquisition targets, building a structured acquisition roadmap
• Lead the end-to-end transaction process including evaluation, financial modeling, and negotiation
• Partner with business unit leaders for smooth post-acquisition integration and synergy realization
• Track and report on deal performance metrics to ensure strategic success

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or investment banking
• Proven ability to source and close deals independently
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, particularly in valuing early-stage and IP-driven businesses
• Excellent relationship-building skills with founders, investors, and executives
• Demonstrated experience in technology assessment or innovation strategy is a major plus
