What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and refine M&A and partnership strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Identify and prioritize acquisition targets, building a structured acquisition roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end transaction process including evaluation, financial modeling, and negotiation
- Partner with business unit leaders for smooth post-acquisition integration and synergy realization
- Track and report on deal performance metrics to ensure strategic success
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or investment banking
- Proven ability to source and close deals independently
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, particularly in valuing early-stage and IP-driven businesses
- Excellent relationship-building skills with founders, investors, and executives
- Demonstrated experience in technology assessment or innovation strategy is a major plus
