A growing technology company is seeking a Head of Product to lead the development of an AI-powered platform that delivers personalized financial and workplace benefit guidance. This role will oversee product strategy from concept through launch, guiding the technical vision across AI systems, large language models, and platform architecture. The position works closely with executive leadership to shape product direction, technology investment, and long-term platform growth.
Key Projects
- Build and deploy multi-agent workflows that manage planning, reasoning, and tool use.
- Design systems that clearly balance automation with human oversight to support trust and compliance.
- Develop optimized models capable of handling complex, multi-step conversations in fast production environments.
- Connect the platform with enterprise tools such as CRMs, data platforms, and identity systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development from idea to launch, ensuring high standards of testing and reliability.
- Guide engineering and AI teams across platform development and production infrastructure.
- Define product roadmaps covering model strategy, architecture, and scalability.
- Establish quality standards for evaluation, monitoring, and system performance.
- Ensure systems meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, and data governance.
- Serve as a technical and strategic leader across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including delivering AI-driven products in production environments.
- Experience working closely with senior engineers and AI/LLM specialists.
- Understanding of LLM behavior, evaluation methods, and techniques to reduce hallucinations.
- Proven ability to build and manage a product roadmap from early concept to deployment.
- Strong decision‑making skills and comfort working in fast‑moving environments.
- Startup experience and adaptability are a plus.
