Plant Director

We have been retained to find a Plant Director for a high speed food processing and packaging plant with 250+ employees. We need a leader who can coach up departmental managers and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS Degree (Engineering Preference)
- 5+ years of Food or Beverage manufacturing plant leadership
- Experience with Lean, TPM, WCM or similar CI Programs
- History of achieving results by understanding and using KPI's and metrics/data to help address gaps with the team
- Hands-on coaching, mentoring and team building skills
