VP/ Digital Experience

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic leader to guide the vision and execution of our digital banking experience. This role will lead the evolution of our online and mobile platforms, ensuring members have secure, intuitive, and convenient ways to engage with the credit union.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RFCU’s digital banking strategy, aligning technology and member experience with organizational goals
  • Oversee online banking, mobile banking, digital account opening, and loan origination platforms
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across digital channels
  • Lead and develop the team responsible for digital platforms and solutions
  • Partner with IT, Marketing, Lending, Operations, and Member Services to deliver seamless member experiences
  • Manage key technology vendors, system integrations, and digital product enhancements
  • Use analytics and member feedback to improve usability and engagement
  • Ensure digital services meet regulatory, security, and risk management standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology
  • Strong knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms and digital account opening solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing technology vendors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $180,000 , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well‑being and success.
