You will own the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and direct brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings. Your mandate is clear: transform high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the definitive name in gifted K–8 education.

There is no existing playbook. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, lead experimentation, and construct a dependable execution engine using agencies, freelancers, and platforms. You will work with autonomy and direct responsibility for outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and CAC
  • Architecting and executing continuous experimentation to uncover and resolve high-impact conversion obstacles
  • Developing the annual marketing strategy spanning virtual, campus, and summer programs, including positioning, audience segmentation, channel strategy, budget planning, and quantifiable objectives
  • Creating a high-velocity execution framework that reliably delivers through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
  • Collaborating directly with enrollment and school teams to transform family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative

Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities: Construct and operate a complete full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the category-defining brand in gifted K–8 education.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience owning comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy and measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
  • Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Advanced funnel analytics skills with a demonstrated history of diagnosing bottlenecks and prioritizing high-impact solutions
  • Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the company level
  • Demonstrated success building and managing scalable execution systems through agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote capacity based in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
