As our Director of Sales , you are a senior sales leader responsible for building, motivating, and leading a high-performing sales organization. This role is designed for a leader who brings energy, structure, and accountability to sales; someone who actively coaches leaders, raises standards, and drives disciplined, profitable revenue growth, and thinks like an owner in every decision. To be successful, you must be deeply engaged with your Sales Managers, comfortable pushing for results, and confident setting expectations around performance, professionalism, and culture. You understand how to balance growth with long-term health of the brand and the operational realities that support it. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and sales teams to meet revenue, margin, and performance goals
- Establish clear expectations, sales rhythms, and accountability across the sales organization
- Actively develop leaders through regular coaching, feedback, and performance managementlid>
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent aligned with 24 Carrots’ brand and standards
Sales Strategy & Revenue Quality
- Translate company goals into actionable sales strategies and priorities
- Drive disciplined revenue growth with a focus on pricing integrity and margin health
- Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and close rates
- Partner with leadership to define booking guardrails, minimums, and incentives
Culture, Professionalism & Accountability
- Set the tone for professionalism in communication, presence, and conduct
- Build a motivated, performance-driven sales culture rooted in trust and transparency
- Address underperformance, misalignment, or behaviors that negatively impact the team quickly and directly.
- Reinforce collaboration and respect across Sales, Operations, Culinary, and Service teams
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Service, Venues, and Marketing
- Review and approve proposals, pricing exceptions, and booking decisions
- Support resolution of client issues during negotiation and planning phases
- Ensure sales efforts align with operational capacity and company priorities
Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators weekly
- Maintain accountability for discounts, adjustments, and sales-related financial hygiene
- Manage departmental sales budgets and expenses
Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 9+ years of senior sales leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, catering, events, or a service-driven industry
- Proven success leading sales teams, developing managers, and improving performance
- Strong understanding of event-based pricing, forecasting, and revenue mix management
- Experience partnering cross-functionally in complex, fast-paced environments
- CRM and sales systems experience required

Pay Range
$145,000 to $175,000 + Bonus, Commensurate with experience. Full-Time, Salary / Exempt.
