Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year minimum in B2B sales
  • Prospecting experience is required
  • Closing business is required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • A positive attitude and desire to win; thrives on challenges and has a proven history of consistently achieving quotas or objectives
  • Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, and to develop as a sales professional
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable – can think on feet and thrive in new situations
  • Coachable and Curious – ready to implement feedback and dedicated to continuous self‑improvement
