Vice President of Sales - Revenue Opportunity $300K+

Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

This is a Sales Xceleration Advisor opportunity. As an Advisor, you will leverage your sales leadership experience to contract with companies that need outsourced sales leadership, help turn around and grow businesses, coach and mentor sales reps, and contribute to scale of the sales function for SMBs across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your sales leadership experience and planning skills to help clients improve sales strategy, process, and execution.
  • Coach and mentor client sales teams to achieve growth and improved ROI.
  • Collaborate with SMB owners to implement outsourced sales leadership solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a proven platform and brand identity used by clients.
  • Apply extensive executive sales leadership experience to drive sustainable sales performance improvements for client organizations.

Qualifications

  • 16+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum 8 years of Senior Sales Leadership experience
  • Revenue responsibility of $25M+ annually
  • Business-to-business (B2B) background
