Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid or Onsite)

Compensation: Up to 150k base DOE + $350k OTE + full range of benefits

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience , ideally within biotech, life sciences, or scientific technology
  • Proven track record of complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite decision-makers
  • Ability to build and deliver quantifiable business cases
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen and comfort discussing ROI, efficiency, and operational impact
