About the role
Faros AI brings all engineering data in one place to give engineering leaders a single-pane view of their entire software development lifecycle. We are looking for a driven enterprise account executive to help us realize Faros AI’s enormous potential.
Responsibilities
- Managing enterprise accounts through the entire sales process.
- Participating in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Building relationships with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic deals.
- Liaising with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue.

Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience selling Enterprise IT solutions with a consistent track record of success.
- Adept at using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools to manage accounts, contacts, and opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Early-stage start-up experience.
- Exemplary communication skills — both written and oral.
- High integrity & self-driven.
FTE - $280,000-350,000 On Target Earnings Annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
