We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager skilled in IT Staffing Sales someone who’s strategic, passionate, and relentless about achieving results.
What We’re Looking For
- A go-getter with a proven record of bringing in new logos and new business .
- Deep experience in IT Staffing, Solutions/ Services and Consulting sales .
- No job hoppers as we value professionals who demonstrate commitment and long-term vision.
- A strong hunter mentality – cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals – you do what it takes to win.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.
- Must have experience dealing with and selling to clients in Life Sciences and /or Healthcare Industry.
- Must be able to give a day plan and with confidence and book of business and live reqs within first month itself.
