
Enterprise Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Client Director to serve as a senior-level individual contributor and frontline driver of revenue. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, navigating the complex vendor marketplace to deliver optimal solutions in CX SaaS, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual enterprise revenue quotas through brokerage, resale, and services.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage complex sales cycles from inception to close, utilizing the MEDPICC framework for rigorous opportunity qualification and pipeline hygiene.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate high-trust connections with C-suite executives and empower internal client champions to drive initiatives forward.
- Internal Orchestration: Coordinate internal resources, including Solutions Engineering and Analysts, to accelerate deal closure and ensure client value.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to identify expansion opportunities within key enterprise accounts.
- Value Proposition: Produce deep insights into client pain points and craft compelling business cases that demonstrate clear ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Track Record: 7+ years of verifiable success in direct enterprise sales, specifically managing large-scale, protracted deals.
- Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the Brokerage/Technology Advisory ecosystem and core domains like CCaaS/CX, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions.
- Methodology Mastery: Deep practical experience with MEDPICCR or similar structured qualification frameworks.
- Ecosystem Background: Preference for candidates who have been direct sellers for vendors in our ecosystem, worked for a TSD, or have professional services selling experience.
