LUXE Interiors + Design is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth in the Houston, Texas market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is engaged in — or eager to be fully immersed in — the residential design community. The position requires strong presence, credibility, and the ability to represent a luxury brand in the market.

About the Role

As Sales Director, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of clients across our full omnichannel platform: print, digital, events, video, podcasts, and strategic custom programs designed to elevate our partners’ profiles with affluent consumers and the residential design trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with designers, architects, builders, showrooms, and luxury retailers across the region
  • Drive revenue across LUXE’s integrated platform by aligning client goals with smart, multi-channel opportunities
  • Create thoughtful, strategic proposals that support partner growth
  • Maintain strong renewal performance while expanding the regional client base
  • Represent LUXE at industry events, showroom activations, and other key gatherings
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and a best-in-class client experience
  • Maintain an active pipeline through disciplined CRM usage and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

  • Must be based in Houston for frequent in-person meetings and events
  • Prior advertising sales experience; experience in design, luxury lifestyle, or related categories preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling integrated, multi-platform programs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and CRM management skills
