We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead our property’s sales and marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts and prospective partners.
  • Represent the property in the community and industry, enhancing brand presence.
  • Oversee sales efforts and manage RFP responses.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategy and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Lead a hands-on sales activity while providing strategic leadership to the team.

Compensation

Compensation: $63,000 - $68,000 + Benefits & Bonus
