Swan Hellenic is looking for a commercially driven, strategically minded professional to lead trade sales growth across Germany, Switzerland & Austria.

This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for developing distribution, managing key accounts, driving revenue performance and implementing an integrated sales & trade marketing strategy across the DACH region.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Sales & Distribution Growth

  • Deliver and implement the annual sales & trade marketing plan
  • Expand distribution through structured acquisition of new B2B partners
  • Develop robust account plans for long-term profitable growth
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that create sustainable value

Key Account Management & Commercial Performance

  • Own forecasting accuracy and budget allocation
  • Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable ROI across trade partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively adjust strategy
  • Identify and develop charter, group & MICE opportunities

Trade Activation & Brand Positioning

  • Represent Swan Hellenic as brand ambassador in the region
  • Deliver product trainings, webinars & workshops
  • Empower partners with the right sales tools and product knowledge
  • Increase expedition cruise awareness within the luxury DACH market

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Planning & Operations
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights
  • Share best practices across Europe

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in the development of key account management and distribution growth.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience at Senior level within the cruise industry or luxury travel.
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation is preferable.
  • Fluent in German & English. Additional European language skills would be advantageous
