A leading senior living provider is seeking a Director of Area Independent Living Sales to enhance occupancy and revenue across multiple communities. The candidate will lead high-performing sales teams, develop and implement strategic selling initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders for optimal pricing and execution. A Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of senior sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living, are required. This role includes frequent travel within the region.
