Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead regional sales strategy for a growing distributor of HDPE Pipe, Fittings, and Fusion Equipment serving municipal and industrial markets.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Execute regional sales strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth
  • Expand market share across HDPE pipe, fittings, and fusion equipment solutions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, engineers, utilities, and municipal customers
  • Identify new market opportunities and support long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, territory planning, and performance management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience in HDPE piping, infrastructure, construction materials, or related industries
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Established network within contractor, municipal, and utility markets is highly valued
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
