Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales strategies across multiple channels, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Develop seasonal sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans in collaboration with merchandising, planning, and design teams.
- Oversee account management, ensuring timely order fulfillment, margin targets, and alignment with retailer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution while protecting brand positioning.
- Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to guide business decisions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in apparel or fashion, with proven success in department store and off-price channels.
- Strong relationships and working knowledge of major retailers, especially within the women’s apparel market.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales growth while balancing profitability and brand integrity.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills
