Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales strategies across multiple channels, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
  • Develop seasonal sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans in collaboration with merchandising, planning, and design teams.
  • Oversee account management, ensuring timely order fulfillment, margin targets, and alignment with retailer requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution while protecting brand positioning.
  • Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in apparel or fashion, with proven success in department store and off-price channels.
  • Strong relationships and working knowledge of major retailers, especially within the women’s apparel market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales growth while balancing profitability and brand integrity.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills
