Harkey Media Management is one of the fastest-growing independent OOH companies in the country. We develop, own, and operate premium out-of-home assets across major U.S. markets — including iconic billboard locations, large-format digital spectaculars, and a rapidly expanding retail media network.

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Representative based in San Francisco to help lead our growth across the Bay Area and the broader West Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new national , regional , and local advertising revenue across our San Francisco billboard portfolio.
• Represent Harkey Media to national holding-company agencies , regional independents, and local brands.
• Proactively pitch inventory to agencies and direct clients with a strong focus on national buyers.
• Build long-term relationships that position Harkey Media as a go-to independent OOH partner.
• Develop proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and work closely with internal operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Attend industry events, agency visits, and market tours to keep Harkey top-of-mind with buyers.
• A motivated OOH seller with existing national or regional agency contacts (Bay Area preferred).
• Confident presenting to senior-level buyers and brand marketers.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Obsessed with hitting targets and growing market share.
• Excellent communicator with a strong understanding of modern OOH, programmatic, and integrated campaigns.
• 2–5+ years in OOH, media sales, or advertising agency experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage relationships across multiple levels.
