What you will do
- Lead and grow the Nashville market with a long-term ownership mindset
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing real estate agents
- Build strong relationships with agents and create an environment of accountability and support
- Drive performance metrics, conversion, and production
- Facilitate weekly trainings, role play, and accountability sessions
- Partner closely with leadership and Zillow to ensure success within the Flex ecosystem
- Coach agents on business planning, lead conversion, follow up, and client experience
- Help implement and maintain Navigate's proven systems, technology, and processes
- Build culture, collaboration, and retention from day one
- Be visible, present, and hands-on in the market
