Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with at least one year of experience to drive lead generation and prospecting for Loop AI. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold‑calling, email outreach, and other prospecting activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold‑calling, email outreach, and social‑media engagement, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to determine fit and level of interest in Loop AI's products and services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and manage prospecting activities and follow‑up tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive lead conversion.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Loop AI's products, features, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting activities, lead status, and pipeline metrics to sales management and leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Comfortable with cold‑calling and outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
