traveler/guest inquiries 24/7—booking changes, itinerary questions, and disruption

support—integrated into existing systems to reduce contact center load and improve

response times.

What you will do

As the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales (US) for VIVA, you will lead enterprise new-logo

growth across US, owning the full sales cycle for high-volume customer experience

organizations across travel and hospitality.

This role covers four core enterprise segments in US:

  • Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) (post-booking support, changes/cancellations, disruption handling)
  • Travel Management Companies (TMCs) (corporate traveler servicing, itinerary changes, after-hours support)
  • Destination Marketing/Management Organizations (DMOs) (visitor information, trip planning, service requests, multilingual support)

This is a senior IC “hunter” role with clear upside into broader leadership based on performance.

Where you will have impact

  • Hunt and close enterprise partnerships for VIVA across US: hotels, OTAs, TMCs,and DMOs.
  • Build and execute segmented GTM plans per vertical (Hotels vs. OTAs vs. TMCs vs. DMOs), including ICP definitions, target account lists, and outreach plays.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering + Product to scope integrations (CM, PMS, CRS, CRM, telephony, ticketing, booking platforms, policy engines) and ensure feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce; drive tight close plans.
  • Capture structured feedback from the field to influence roadmap, packaging, pricing, and enablement.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in travel/hospitality tech or CX platforms
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and procurement/legal cycles.
  • Credible relationships and/or domain fluency across Hotels, OTAs, TMCs, or DMOs in Europe.
  • Strong value selling: can build a clear ROI narrative tied to operational and revenue metrics.
  • Comfortable navigating technical evaluation processes with Solution Engineering and customer IT.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
