Fortitude Insurance Solutions is currently seeking a Middle Market Commercial Property & Casualty Sales Executive. Our team works in a fast-paced environment with business owners across the nation.

Job Overview:

Responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored risk management solutions. The Producer will also maintain a book of business, ensuring retention and growth through exceptional customer service and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospects for insurance products and services

Cold Call, email, and text prospects

Demonstrate on the spot strategic thinking and rebuttals to prospect objections

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Collaborate with support staff to maintain a positive customer experience

Work with support team to remedy client issues

Track and document activities in CRM system

Skills and Qualifications:

2-20 License Required

Vertafore AMS 360 experience a plus

Knowledge of insurance markets and their appetites a plus

Ability to create Acord forms and collect supplemental applications/documentation

Exceptional organization

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Deep understanding and ability to use technologies to manage workflows/communication

Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing meeting deadlines and juggling multiple assignments

Punctuality and dedication to client meetings

Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures and rules

Ability to maintain professional and productive relationships with other staff, working closely with other departments where applicable
