What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct pipeline reviews for deal construction and ensure accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve operational processes
- Oversee HR-related issues within the team, including talent acquisition and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Latin America region
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of regional culture

- Specific experience in SaaS and cybersecurity industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
