About the role

The Director of Sales (Club) drives revenue and market share Club Channel (Sam’s, Costco, BJ's) by developing strategic partnerships, managing high-volume, complex accounts, leading, forecasting, and promotional planning. This position will manage 2-3 account managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute long-range strategies to grow Club Channel.
  • Account Management : Develop business plans for Club Channel accounts.
  • Financial Oversight: Accountability for the management of all financial budgets. Make recommendations that ensure financial objectives
  • Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate sales team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in CPG Sales / Sales management managing club channel accounts (Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s)
  • Experience leading at least one direct report
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent experience.
