What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to engage high-impact clients and drive revenue growth
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through all deal stages
- Coach and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers to maximize client retention and uncover growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of direct sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management
- Demonstrated success selling complex products to senior technology leaders
- Proven experience motivating and enabling sales teams to consistently overachieve targets
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Experience in the market research or technology industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
