CAS Auto is expanding worldwide, and we’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our international sales strategy and team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine big-picture vision with hands-on leadership to drive growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand into new markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute CAS Auto’s global sales strategy.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing international sales team.
  • Manage key accounts with fleet, dealer, and corporate customers.
  • Drive both customer retention and new business development.
  • Deliver results across budgets, forecasts, and global sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in international automotive sales & trading.
  • Proven success leading regional teams and key accounts.
  • Strong experience with fleet, OEM distribution, and supply chain sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global market.
  • Established international network across dealers, rental, logistics, or industrial sectors (a big plus).
