About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Programmatic Sales to drive advertising revenue and the next phase of growth for our retail media network. This role focuses on building relationships with agency trading desks, programmatic buyers, and DSP teams to activate campaigns across our network. The ideal candidate has experience selling programmatic media, retail media, or digital out-of-home (DOOH) and understands how agencies activate campaigns through platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar DSPs.

Pursuant Health operates a national network of automated health stations located inside major retailers such as Walmart and CVS. These stations provide free, self-service health screenings to millions of shoppers each year. The experience is funded through advertising displayed on the stations’ digital screens, creating a unique in-store retail media platform where brands reach consumers while they are shopping in-store and actively engaged with their health.

Base Range: $100,000 - $125,000

On Target Earnings: $200,000 - $250,000

Equity Participation: Stock option grant providing meaningful participation in the company’s long-term growth

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing relationships with agency trading desks, programmatic buyers, and brand teams
  • Activate programmatic demand through DSP partnerships and agency relationships
  • Develop insight into client structures, priorities, and agency relationships to uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Lead strategic, effective meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Drive both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline through RFPs, proactive outreach, and ongoing client engagement
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support revenue goals and strengthen market presence

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of media sales experience, ideally in programmatic, retail media, or digital out-of-home (DOOH)
  • Experience working with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, or similar
  • Experience building relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic buying teams
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly productive in prospecting, outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline development
  • Ability to navigate complex agency and brand organizations and engage key decision makers
  • Exceptional organization, accountability, and follow‑through
