The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, define and implement strategic plans for aftersales operations in the region, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Responsible for the development and accountability of the local Aftersales team.
  • Monitor, evaluate and develop the performance of the aftersales leadership team to ensure they meet or exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives by strategizing ways to streamline operations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance on aftersales processes, policies and standards.
  • Stay abreast of industrial regulations and ensure aftersales operations comply with local, regional and national requirements.
  • Collaborate with affiliated departments to ensure the aftersales activities align with overall business initiatives and strategies.
  • Proactively identify market trends, opportunities and challenges in the aftersales sector within the region and troubleshoot said opportunities and challenges with solution‑based thinking.
  • Promote a culture of leadership, guidance and support to the aftersales team fostering a positive work environment and a culture of excellence.
  • Act as a liaison with the manufacturers represented in the region and work with the factory representatives to achieve factory objectives.
  • Provide performance updates to the senior leadership team.
  • Manage the annual budget process.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Relevant Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or functions within and across other disciplines.

Regular Full‑Time: We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Temporary or Part‑Time: In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part‑time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Compensation

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $142,670.00 – $221,140.00 USD annually for full‑time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
