Director of Salesforce Platforms

Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, this position will develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and related platforms, increase adoption, enhance reporting capabilities, and identify opportunities to modernize the distribution innovation stack.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Own the Salesforce CRM strategy, roadmap, and enhancement pipeline
  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to gather requirements and implement improvements
  • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and feature deployment
  • Design and implement process enhancements that improve institutional sales effectiveness
  • Build reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards to improve data-driven decision making
  • Improve CRM data quality through governance, validation rules, and monitoring
  • Lead user training and best practice adoption initiatives
  • Oversee integrations with marketing automation and sales enablement tools

What You Bring

  • Experience owning CRM strategy in a sales-driven organization
  • Strong background in process improvement within institutional or B2B sales
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms

Nice to Have

  • Asset management or financial services experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer or Business Analyst certifications
  • Experience with Tableau or advanced CRM analytics
  • Familiarity with modern sales enablement platforms
