Job Summary
Job Summary The Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for the prospecting, recruitment and signing of qualified franchise candidates as well as building relationships with existing franchisees resulting in their execution of new franchise agreements and development commitments. Meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas, franchise fee revenue, and new unit openings for all GoTo Foods concepts in assigned geography will be primary success measure.
Essential Functions
- Drives the execution of sales strategies, relationship management, and best practices to effectively build a robust sales pipeline and meet/exceed annual sales quota and franchise fee revenue.
- Guides potential franchisees through the entire recruitment process from initial contact to disclosure and discovery, and through agreement signing.
- Insures that all franchise sales activities are conducted within legal guidelines and with strict adherence to Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) regulations.
- Proactively seeks and pursues qualified candidates in target markets.
- Builds rapport and relationships with existing franchise partners and new prospects to promote brand growth.
- Facilitates the receipt and completion of all required documentation necessary for prospect approval.
- Guides potential franchise partners through the research and education about the franchise opportunity.
- Develops plans to achieve targeted growth and profitability within assigned territory.
- Works to identify potential new market and business opportunities.
- Confers with department staff, develops and reviews activity and forecast reports.
- Participates in industry trade associations for networking, keeping abreast of current trends and promoting Company sales initiatives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional development team members in real estate and design and construction.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, Preferred
Work Experience
- 5+ years of sales related experience, Required
- Franchise sales experience, Preferred
