We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing U.S. team in Denver, CO. You’ll drive new business growth - connecting with CEOs, founders, and senior operators who need a better way to build and scale teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, close, and hand off to client success.
  • Lead outbound outreach to founders and senior executives across tech and professional services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and network-based selling.
  • Partner with leadership to refine messaging, GTM strategy, and client experience.
  • Represent Outsorcy at startup, founder, and talent ecosystem events.
  • Use modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Waalaxy, etc.) to scale efficiently.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, recruiting, or professional services.
  • Confident communicator: You’re comfortable talking to CEOs and senior leaders and know how to earn trust quickly.
  • Hunter mindset: You enjoy prospecting, creating pipeline, and closing new business.
  • Consultative: You listen first and tailor solutions that make sense for each client.
  • Self-starter: You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Globally minded: You believe in the power of decentralized talent and the future of global work.
