A leading food franchise company is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales in Seattle to oversee the recruitment and signing of qualified franchise candidates. This position involves building strong relationships with existing franchisees to drive new franchise agreements and development commitments. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in franchise sales. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills are required. Travel is expected 50-75% of the time.
