The Opportunity

The VP, Global Health Sales leads the global Health portfolio strategy and execution, overseeing existing accounts, new business development, and overall commercial performance. Reporting to the General Manager and serving on the executive leadership team, this role leads a globally distributed health sales organization and is accountable for driving growth across key markets. The VP owns KPIs and forecasting, ensures profitable performance, and strengthens strategic customer relationships to expand market opportunities.

U.S.-based (East Coast preferred). Approximately 20–25% travel.

What You’ll Own

  • Ensure profitable global growth of the Health portfolio by defining and executing a clear sales strategy aligned to annual targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and commercial discipline through new business pipeline oversight and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Drive expansion of existing accounts and new B2B business opportunities to strengthen market position and achieve revenue targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to align pricing strategy, value proposition, and commercial execution.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed sales organization through accountability, coaching, KPIs setting and performance management.
  • Strengthen strategic customer relationships and serve as a player-coach on select key accounts.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, preferred within the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or Health B2B ingredient and formulated products industry
  • Proven success growing sales of diversified portfolios or solution-based sales
  • Experience leading sales teams in multinational or globally distributed environments
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting accuracy
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring sales quotas and driving profitable growth
  • Experience analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamic and analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Ability to understand and communicate clinical positioning of health supplement products
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; science or related discipline preferred
