Role Overview
Vitality Living is hiring an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success. This full‑time, salary exempt position focuses on growing occupancy and enhancing the community experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move‑ins.
- Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move‑in process.
- Conduct virtual and in‑person tours for professionals and community influencers.
- Plan and host special events for prospects and referral sources.
- Report on sales, marketing, and occupancy activity and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful leasing and sales experience in senior housing (preferred).
- Demonstrated traits of accountability, goal‑orientation, confidence, and a desire to succeed.
- Strong sales skills: persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, adherence to company sales systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; expected to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
- Strong computer skills and experience with a CRM.
- Minimum age 21.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car; able to attend outreach appointments.
