• Deliver measurable business outcomes that advance EBITDA and optimize working capital
• Align financial planning with strategic goals to drive performance across the GBU
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, seeking better ways to standardize and add efficiencies in all processes
• Engage in all aspects of the business, including Pricing Strategies, New Business Acquisitions, Investment and Quotation Business Cases, as well as Capital deployment and asset utilization
• Develop a talented finance team that is motivated and engaged in critical aspects of the business that drive results
